Associate - Resident Resources

About the role

Help AG is seeking an enthusiastic Associate – Resident Resources to join the Talent Acquisition and People, Performance & Culture team. You will manage the full lifecycle of contractual resources deployed to customers' IT security functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end resident resource lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, leave management, timesheets, and off‑boarding.
• Advertise vacancies on career portals and coordinate with recruitment agencies.
• Facilitate CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection with customers.
• Support onboarding activities, including security clearances, visa processing, relocation, travel, accommodation, orientation, IT asset allocation, and site deployment.
• Process customer onboarding requirements, handling SAP applications such as Ariba and Fieldglass.
• Maintain accurate employee records and administer contracts, Statements of Work, and Change Requests.
• Track and collect timesheets for customer‑deployed resources and provide day‑to‑day operational support.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Laws, immigration procedures, MOHRE and CICPA requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder, communication, and conflict‑management skills.
• Ability to influence, manage customer expectations and work collaboratively.
