Associate - Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Associate – Talent Acquisition supports recruitment across a diversified group operating in real estate, corporate, hospitality, facility management, and property management sectors. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, build talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full‑cycle recruitment for positions across all subsidiaries, using job boards, social media, networking, referrals and industry events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interviews, assessments and reference checks.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Support employer branding initiatives and proactively maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Manage onboarding logistics, including paperwork, orientation, and coordination with IT and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies and maintain confidential recruitment records.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce time‑to‑fill and enhance candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a multi‑sector environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive continuous improvement.
