About the role
We are seeking an English‑speaking Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at D Luxe Car Care in Dubai. The role involves coordinating vehicle service jobs, ensuring quality, and communicating updates to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle inspection reports using Microsoft Excel and PDF.
- Schedule service jobs according to client requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee timely job completion.
- Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Provide professional communication and service updates to clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Minimum 3 years of automotive service experience.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to create and manage PDF reports.
