About the role
Charisma Elite Restaurant Management is seeking dedicated, professional individuals for various hospitality positions in Dubai. Roles include waitstaff, bartenders, runners, supervisors, and maintenance/electrician staff.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional guest service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Prepare and serve beverages, manage bar stock, and ensure responsible service.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, support waitstaff and kitchen, and keep service areas organized.
- Oversee daily floor operations, coordinate teams, and resolve guest concerns.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of electrical systems and facilities.
Required profile
- Fluent English with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Relevant experience for the specific role (e.g., bartending, supervisory, technical maintenance).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, flexible for shifts, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- English communication skills.
- Food & beverage service knowledge.
