About the role

Join InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences as a Barista, delivering premium coffee experiences in a five‑star luxury setting. You will be part of a multicultural team dedicated to creating warm, sophisticated moments for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, espresso‑based beverages, teas and specialty drinks, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
• Deliver outstanding service by building genuine guest relationships, anticipating preferences and creating memorable experiences.
• Promote and upsell signature beverages, seasonal offerings and pastries to achieve revenue targets.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders and barista equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups and other supplies, communicating replenishment needs.
• Comply with food safety, HACCP, hygiene and health‑and‑safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a high‑end environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Outgoing, service‑driven personality with a passion for excellence.
• Team‑player attitude, able to support colleagues and adapt to varied tasks.
