Bartender – Guest Service & Beverage Expertise

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Bartender to deliver a pleasant and positive professional image to all guests at all times. The role involves managing guest expectations, upselling, and ensuring high‑quality beverage service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare mixers, cut fruit, maintain bar stock, and ensure cleanliness of the bar, tables and lounge area.
• Serve drinks promptly, maintain accurate order delivery, and assist with opening and closing inventory of spirits.
• Support Assistant Venue Managers in training new team members and handling logistic issues.
• Control waste, adhere to billing policies, and perform side‑work duties such as sweeping, polishing, and garbage disposal.
• Uphold health, safety and fire regulations, wear full uniform, and maintain personal hygiene standards.
