Beauty Therapist & Laser Therapist

About the role

We are seeking experienced Beauty Therapists and Laser Therapists to join a premium aesthetic and dermatology clinic in Dubai. The successful candidates will deliver advanced laser, skincare and non‑invasive beauty treatments while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laser, skincare and non‑invasive beauty procedures in line with DHA‑approved scope of practice.
• Conduct client consultations, skin assessments and recommend personalised treatment plans.
• Operate laser and aesthetic equipment safely, following established protocols.
• Educate clients on procedures, expected outcomes and pre‑/post‑treatment care.
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment documentation and consent forms.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control, hygiene, laser safety and DHA regulations.
• Deliver exceptional client service to support patient satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Filipino candidates preferred.
• Valid DHA licence or eligibility for Beauty Therapist and Laser Therapist roles.
• Proven hands‑on experience in laser treatments, beauty therapy and advanced skincare.
• Strong knowledge of laser technologies, skin types, treatment protocols and safety procedures.
• Previous experience in an aesthetic, dermatology or premium beauty clinic is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and commitment to high‑quality patient care.
• Availability for full‑time employment in Dubai.
