About the role

The Guest Service Expert creates memorable food and beverage experiences for guests, handling everything from table setting to communication with the kitchen and ensuring clean work areas.

Key responsibilities

Set tables, serve guests, and maintain clean work areas.
Communicate orders to the kitchen and manage menu information.
Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Stand, walk, and work on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Less than 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience required.
