Bilingual Marketing Specialist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Marketing Specialist to train and evaluate AI chatbots in both Arabic and English. You will work remotely, interacting with AI models to assess their logic, improve their responses, and ensure they align with brand voice and grammatical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct conversations with AI chatbots in Arabic and English to measure progress.
• Create novel dialogue scenarios to teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, style, and performance.
• Provide feedback and editing tasks to refine chatbot behavior.
• Track performance metrics and report on model improvements.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
