About the role
A new British school group in the region is looking for a bilingual HR manager in Abu Dhabi. The person must be fluent in English and Arabic and have relevant ADEK experience, and will oversee, manage and lead the day-to-day HR operations of the school. The job description is still being formulated, so it is not complete.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all policies, systems and procedures are in line with ADEK regulations
- Manage the HR team and provide team leadership
- Recruit for school-based roles
- Handle all aspects of employee relations to support employee retention
- Produce HR reports for the UK-based HR leadership team
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field
- Relevant experience in the UAE school or education sector
- Experience of ADEK HR school processes and regulatory requirements
- Supervisory experience
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic
- Currently residing in the UAE
