Business Analyst – Emiratization (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Roland Berger is seeking a detail‑oriented Business Analyst to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will support data‑driven decision‑making and help improve business processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather requirements.
• Analyze complex data sets and prepare comprehensive reports for strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover business opportunities.
• Create and present business cases for new initiatives or process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit information from various departments.
• Design and document business processes using appropriate modelling techniques.
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide analytical support for due‑diligence activities and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Emirati nationals only.
