Business Analyst - Process Optimization

About the role

DP World is seeking a Business Analyst to lead process optimization and automation initiatives within its connected shipyard ecosystem. The role focuses on translating business requirements into digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design, develop and test new digital solutions aligned with the connected shipyard ambition.
• Ensure seamless integration of smart solutions with existing DDW systems and platforms.
• Define, document and optimise business processes, workflows and requirements for both existing and new solutions.
• Provide training, user support and best‑practice guidance for automation tools.
• Develop KPIs, reports and dashboards to monitor production performance.
• Participate in project meetings, track benefits, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a large organisation.
• Experience in process optimisation, software development and AI applications.
• Background in handling IT projects for manufacturing, ship repair, oil & gas or related sectors.
