Business Associate – Programmatic Advertising

About the role

Admattic is seeking a driven Business Associate to support the growth of its Programmatic business across Asia and the Middle East & Africa. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with senior leadership, clients, agencies and technology partners to deliver and optimise programmatic campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise programmatic advertising campaigns across DSPs, SSPs, CTV, DOOH and other emerging channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign launch and delivery.
• Analyse performance data, prepare reports and provide actionable insights.
• Support business development by researching prospects, building pitch decks and maintaining the sales pipeline.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, translate objectives into media solutions and track deliverables.
• Monitor market trends, AI, first‑party data, privacy and emerging platforms to inform strategy.
• Assist in evaluating new partnerships and supporting regional expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in programmatic, AdTech, digital media or performance marketing.
• Basic understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and strong analytical skills.
• Commercial mindset with interest in sales and business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑market environment.
