Business Development and Sales Manager – Interior Design (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

ELE Interior Design is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Business Development and Sales Manager to lead its sales operations across the UAE interior design market. The role focuses on generating new high‑value projects, securing contracts, and driving revenue growth in residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, F&B and luxury villa sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sales activities, from lead generation and client acquisition to contract negotiation and project award.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market visibility and business growth.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors and corporate clients.
• Oversee CRM data integrity, pipeline reporting and sales forecasting.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with proven experience in UAE interior design and fit‑out sales.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Established network of industry contacts and a track record of winning high‑value projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead tracking and pipeline management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales reporting tools.
• Expertise in preparing commercial proposals and presentations.
