Business Development Executive

About the role
The Business Development Executive will drive growth in the solar energy sector by identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in solar energy.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts and support negotiations.
- Achieve sales targets and coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and timely delivery.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Renewable Energy or related field.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred and Arabic speaking is an advantage.
Required skills
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and rooftop solar solutions.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Fluency in English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
