About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth in the solar energy sector by identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in solar energy.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calls, digital platforms, and field visits.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts and support negotiations.
  • Achieve sales targets and coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and timely delivery.

Required profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Renewable Energy or related field.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred and Arabic speaking is an advantage.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and rooftop solar solutions.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Fluency in English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
