Business Development Executive – Residential Fit‑Out & Renovation

About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to identify, develop and close residential fit‑out and renovation projects in Dubai. You will build your own pipeline of villa and apartment renovation opportunities and will not be provided with pre‑qualified leads.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, networking and referrals.
- Build relationships with villa owners, agents and consultants.
- Arrange site visits and collaborate with the technical team to prepare quotations.
- Follow up, negotiate terms and close projects.
- Maintain client relationships to secure repeat and referral work.
Required profile
- Proven UAE fit‑out or renovation sales experience.
- Track record of closing self‑sourced deals.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Existing network of clients or agents is a strong advantage.

- Salary AED 10,000–15,000 per month plus commission on each closed project.
