Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

Wasael Property Management is looking for a Business Development Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role identifies, develops and closes new business opportunities in property management, hospitality and facilities management, focusing on client relationships, solution design, pricing and contract negotiation. It works closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property management, hospitality and facilities management, and carry out market and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor and represent the company in client meetings and negotiations, including with Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technical, Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal and HSE teams to design and price tailored solutions, and lead costing, pricing and proposal development.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract closure, coordinating with Finance and Legal on compliance and risk.
• Track business development KPIs and pipeline performance, and report regularly to senior management.
• Support ESG initiatives and comply with HSE policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in business development within the service industry, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Experience in property management, facilities management or hospitality.
• Exposure to tendering and government or semi-government contracts.
• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and fluent English.
