Business Development Manager – Holiday & Short Term Rentals

About the role

Join an award‑winning real estate agency as a Business Development Manager within the Holiday & Short‑Term Rentals team. You will drive property acquisition, build strong landlord relationships, and support the growth of our short‑term rental portfolio in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect landlords using the CRM system, Dubizzle and internal databases.
• Onboard a minimum of eight new properties each month.
• Handle referrals from internal agents and negotiate lease agreements.
• Meet landlords to secure signed agreements and present financial projections.
• Develop daily rapport with potential landlords.
• Prepare market reports and deliver presentations to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Proven experience in the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales abilities.
• Track record of improving customer satisfaction.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and troubleshoot in a commission‑based environment.
