Business Development Manager

About the role

Shanghai Huace Navigation, a leading provider of high-precision navigation and positioning solutions based in China, is hiring a Business Development Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on growing the company's business through new opportunities, partnerships and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders and industry partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to clients.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports and presentations to senior management and clients.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows to promote brand awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales or a related role, preferably in the technology or navigation industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the navigation and positioning sector.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
