Business Development Manager – PureWick (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait)

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth and adoption of the PureWick portfolio across the UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait. You will focus on market development, customer engagement, distributor management, clinical adoption, and opportunity identification.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer adoption of PureWick.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, clinicians, nursing leadership, and procurement stakeholders.
• Support clinical evaluations, product adoption, and customer education activities.
• Partner with KOLs and healthcare institutions to increase awareness and utilization.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, life sciences, pharmacy, or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience working with distributors and healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of GCC healthcare markets (preferred).
