About the role

The Business Development Officer will focus on personal loan sales within the Retail Banking Group, driving revenue through outbound telesales and managing a portfolio of customers.

Key responsibilities

Achieve assigned monthly KPIs.
Direct telesales activities to meet sales targets.
Maintain service standards and monitor performance to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Manage relationships of the assigned portfolio through outbound channels, supporting personal loan sales and fulfillment.
Generate revenue through personal banking personal loan sales.
Provide end‑to‑end customer service, ensuring quality growth in earnings by penetrating target segments with optimal risk propositions.

Required profile

Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets.
Experience in telesales or outbound banking sales.
Strong focus on service standards and performance monitoring.
Capability to manage a portfolio of personal loan customers.
Ability to deliver end‑to‑end customer service and drive revenue growth.
