About the role
The Business Development Officer will focus on personal loan sales within the Retail Banking Group, driving revenue through outbound telesales and managing a portfolio of customers.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly KPIs.
- Direct telesales activities to meet sales targets.
- Maintain service standards and monitor performance to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Manage relationships of the assigned portfolio through outbound channels, supporting personal loan sales and fulfillment.
- Generate revenue through personal banking personal loan sales.
- Provide end‑to‑end customer service, ensuring quality growth in earnings by penetrating target segments with optimal risk propositions.
Required profile
- Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets.
- Experience in telesales or outbound banking sales.
- Strong focus on service standards and performance monitoring.
- Capability to manage a portfolio of personal loan customers.
- Ability to deliver end‑to‑end customer service and drive revenue growth.
