About the role

The Business Development Officer will focus on personal loan sales within the Retail Banking Group, driving revenue through outbound telesales and managing a portfolio of customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned monthly KPIs.
  • Direct telesales activities to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain service standards and monitor performance to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships of the assigned portfolio through outbound channels, supporting personal loan sales and fulfillment.
  • Generate revenue through personal banking personal loan sales.
  • Provide end‑to‑end customer service, ensuring quality growth in earnings by penetrating target segments with optimal risk propositions.

Required profile

  • Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Experience in telesales or outbound banking sales.
  • Strong focus on service standards and performance monitoring.
  • Capability to manage a portfolio of personal loan customers.
  • Ability to deliver end‑to‑end customer service and drive revenue growth.
