About the role
The Modern American International Private School in Sharjah is seeking a full‑time Business & Economics Teacher to deliver engaging lessons aligned with its American K‑12 curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess business and economics lessons for secondary students.
- Develop curriculum materials that foster critical thinking and align with American standards.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities and curriculum development initiatives.
- Support students’ academic progress and personal growth through effective classroom management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Education or related field.
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification, with UAE equivalency.
- Experience teaching Business and Economics at the secondary level, preferably in an American or international curriculum.
- Strong communication and classroom management abilities.
