Learning Support Assistant

About the role

D’Learner Skill Up Inclusive Care is looking for a compassionate female Learning Support Assistant to work with children who have additional learning needs in Dubai. The role focuses on fostering independence, life‑skill development and a positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide learning and behavioural support tailored to each child’s needs.
• Assist children in developing essential life skills and promote independence.
• Implement individualized support plans under professional guidance.
• Collaborate with therapists, educators and families to monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate records and help ensure a safe, inclusive learning setting.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology.
• ABAT, IBT or RBT certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Patient, compassionate and committed to child development.
• Ability to work effectively with children requiring additional learning support.

Required skills

• Knowledge of learning support and child development.
• Familiarity with behavioural support techniques.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building with children and families.
