About the role

Lenskart is building a $100M+ revenue opportunity in the GCC and needs a leader who can architect and own its growth engine across the Middle East. This is a builder’s mandate, not a caretaker role, focused on AI‑driven strategy, performance marketing and omnichannel expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the regional P&L with full accountability for revenue, contribution margins and capital efficiency, designing systems that generate the KPIs.
• Define and execute an AI‑first growth strategy, using predictive modelling and real‑time demand signals to allocate resources.
• Lead AI‑native performance marketing, building acquisition engines across paid media, affiliates and partnerships that continuously improve CAC, LTV and ROI.
• Scale a multi‑channel distribution model (e‑commerce, retail, distributors, third‑party platforms) and drive pricing, assortment and promotion decisions with data.
• Drive market entry and scale‑up across UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain, ensuring operational readiness and brand consistency.
• Build and lead a lean, high‑performance team across growth, marketing, sales and operations, instilling an AI‑first, experimentation‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Proven P&L ownership and business‑building experience in high‑growth consumer or D2C environments.
• Strong background in AI‑powered performance marketing and growth strategy execution.
• Hands‑on experience in GCC or broader Middle East markets.
• MBA or equivalent from a leading institution (preferred).

Required skills

• Fluency with AI‑driven growth tools such as predictive analytics, machine‑learning‑based media buying and demand‑sensing platforms.
• Expertise in performance‑marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI) and data‑led experimentation (A/B testing, funnel optimisation).
