Business Recruiter

About the role

qlub, a fast-scaling fintech behind QR-based restaurant payments, is hiring a Business Recruiter to run full-cycle hiring for its global business and GTM roles, and to step into technical and product hiring when needed. You will work directly with the head of global talent acquisition and report to the hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own priority business and GTM searches end to end, from intake to signed offer
• Keep every search moving and every hiring manager in the loop
• Drive a sourcing mix of roughly 60% outbound, 30% inbound and 10% referral
• Run the funnel with AI: sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling and reporting
• Track time to hire, offer acceptance and pipeline health

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting
• Track record hiring commercial or GTM roles such as sales, BD, marketing or ops
• Experience recruiting in a high-growth startup
• Proven outbound sourcing with a pipeline you built yourself, and direct ownership of hiring manager relationships
• Fluent in English; global or multi-region hiring experience is a plus

Required skills

• Comfort with a modern recruiting stack such as Ashby, Gem, Juicebox and Metaview
• Ability to build your own systems, workflows and automations using tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity
