Cabin Crew Manager – G9 Operations (Sharjah)

About the role

The Cabin Crew Manager will lead G9 cabin crew operations in Sharjah, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and a high‑quality customer experience in line with Air Arabia standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily G9 cabin crew operations, guaranteeing safety, punctuality and full compliance with GCAA regulations.
• Maintain and update Cabin Crew Operations Manuals in coordination with Quality and Safety departments.
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes into operational procedures.
• Oversee crew training, briefings and documentation for compliance audits.
• Track individual and team performance, attendance and behaviour, applying interventions where needed.
• Coordinate crew deployment, schedules and recovery actions with the Operations Control Centre.
• Implement and monitor a cabin crew performance management framework, including KPIs and benchmarks.
• Lead service‑excellence initiatives with the Customer Experience team to enhance onboard experience.
• Develop and manage Duty Coordinators and Crew Supervisors, fostering crew welfare and engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cabin crew teams within an airline environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of GCAA regulations and airline safety procedures.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage crew scheduling, attendance and fatigue reporting.
