Call Center Agent – Customer Service

About the role

Furless Permanent, a leading provider of permanent hair removal solutions, is launching an in‑house call centre in the UAE. We are looking for enthusiastic Call Center Agents to handle customer interactions across multiple channels and support the booking and delivery of our services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, bookings and service requests.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
• Provide accurate information on services, promotions and appointment availability.
• Schedule, confirm and optimise client appointments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.
• Record all interactions in the CRM system and coordinate with the operations team.
• Achieve performance targets such as conversion rates, retention and service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and handle queries professionally.
• Previous call‑center experience preferred; medical‑industry exposure is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
• Experience with call‑center platforms (Ziwo is a plus).
