Call Center Sales Operator – Interior Design & Renovation

About the role

BRS Group is seeking a Call Center Sales Operator to join its Dubai team. The position focuses on handling warm inbound leads from clients interested in interior design and renovation services for villas, apartments, and commercial spaces. The main objective is to understand client requests, explain services, qualify leads and arrange meetings with specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Handling inbound enquiries from potential clients
• Understanding and qualifying client requests
• Providing information about interior design and renovation services
• Following up with interested clients
• Scheduling meetings with clients
• Maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the process

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in call center, customer service or telephone sales
• Confident spoken and written English
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in interior design, renovation, construction, real estate, furniture or a related industry (advantageous)
• Personal computer/laptop and headset
