Campaign Management Intern

About the role

The Campaign Management Intern will join Teads' Dubai team, supporting the delivery of high‑impact digital video and display campaigns across the UAE and other regional markets. Working closely with Sales, Ad Operations and Publisher teams, you will ensure creative assets meet specifications, track campaign performance and contribute to reporting for brand partners.

Key responsibilities

• Review video and display creative assets against technical specifications and format guidelines.
• Test and validate preview links and tracking tags before launch, escalating any issues.
• Execute campaign setup checklists in ad management platforms, confirming targeting, budgets and flight dates.
• Monitor daily delivery and impression pacing, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting optimisations.
• Support local Sales with pre‑sales operational requests and coordinate asset delivery with publishers.
• Build post‑campaign performance decks summarising delivery metrics.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics or related field.
• Valid UAE residency for the internship duration and ability to provide a No Objection Certificate.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel), including basic formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables.
