Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist (Lead Generation)

About the role

Wiselearn Institute is looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist to own paid lead generation and its tracking. Success is measured by qualified leads and enrolments, not just clicks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise lead generation campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and future channels such as LinkedIn and ChatGPT Ads.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API and offline feedback from Zoho CRM.
• Build funnel reporting from ad click to enrolment and provide weekly insights.
• Improve landing pages and lead forms through A/B testing and make minor WordPress updates.
• Support CRM automation, lead routing and follow‑up sequences.
• Collaborate on SEO and content priorities, brief designers and freelancers.
• Create basic ad creatives and copy using Canva and AI tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on performance marketing with ownership of Meta and Google lead‑gen accounts.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear written reporting.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market or B2C/B2B education, training or high‑ticket lead gen is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
