CEO - Oil & Gas Marine Logistics

About the role

Progressive GE is seeking a commercially driven CEO to lead and grow a marine logistics business serving the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will drive strategic growth, operational excellence and fleet expansion while leading a lean executive team based in Dubai. Remuneration is to be agreed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall business strategy, performance and profitability.
• Drive commercial growth and secure new revenue opportunities.
• Oversee operational excellence across owned and chartered vessel operations.
• Manage and develop a leadership team, including the Business Development and HR functions.
• Execute the fleet growth strategy, expanding from 15 to 30+ owned vessels over the next three years.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, regulators and industry stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as CEO, Managing Director or General Manager in marine, offshore, oil and gas logistics or vessel management.
• Strong commercial leadership and business growth track record.
• Demonstrated success leading operationally intensive businesses.
• Vessel ownership or vessel management experience highly preferred; seagoing experience is not required but could be an added value.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
