Charge Nurse – Clinical Leadership Role

About the role

The Charge Nurse will lead daily clinical operations at HealthHub Al Nahda, ensuring safe, patient‑centred care in a busy outpatient setting. This position blends hands‑on nursing with team leadership, supporting physicians and allied health professionals while driving quality improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the nursing team, manage staffing and workflow, and oversee patient flow.
• Provide high‑quality nursing care, assist physicians during consultations and procedures, and monitor patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection‑prevention standards, and EMR documentation quality.
• Support clinic operations by managing supplies, medications, equipment, and incident resolution.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse with a BSN or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or charge‑nurse capacity.
• Experience in outpatient, multispecialty or primary‑care environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and understanding of clinical governance and patient safety.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation platforms.
• BLS Certification (mandatory).
• ACLS Certification (advantageous).
• Fluent English communication.
