About the role

Apt Resources is looking for an experienced Chef De Cuisine with a strong focus on Greek cuisine to lead the kitchen of a prestigious restaurant in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering authentic and innovative Greek dishes while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Control inventory and source premium ingredients essential for authentic Greek flavors.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house teams to provide an exceptional dining experience.
• Monitor kitchen efficiency and implement process improvements.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and integrate fresh ideas into the menu.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef with a focus on Greek cuisine.
• Deep knowledge of authentic Greek recipes and cooking techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
