About the role
The Chef De Partie will lead the Arabic section of the kitchen, ensuring high‑quality food preparation, proper mise‑en‑place, and smooth service during shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Organise shifting in the section, manage mise‑en‑place production and service.
- Assign tasks to Commis Chefs, monitor hygiene and portion control, and ensure daily checklists are completed.
- Report equipment issues to the Sous Chef and maintain a clean, tidy work area.
- Assist the Sous Chef with new recipe development and menu ideas.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie with developing seniority.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
