Chef de Partie – Continental Cuisine (Hot & Cold)

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a private VIP family kitchen in Abu Dhabi, focusing on Continental cuisine for both hot and cold dishes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Continental hot and cold dishes according to family preferences and dietary requirements.
• Manage assigned hot and cold kitchen sections, ensuring smooth food preparation and high standards of quality, taste, freshness, and presentation.
• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards, including proper storage and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan daily menus, special meals, and adapt dishes to specific family needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie with strong expertise in Continental hot and cold cuisine.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen standards.
