About the role
As a Chef de Rang at Couqley French Brasserie in Downtown Dubai, you will be part of an award‑winning, premium‑casual dining team delivering authentic French cuisine and memorable service to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Present menus, advise guests on selections, take and transmit orders, and manage payments with accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen to guarantee the highest standards of food quality and timely service.
Required profile
- Service‑focused personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a fine‑dining or standalone restaurant.
- Good knowledge of beverages and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
