Civil Engineer – Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

Heilbronn Properties is looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with strong construction site experience to oversee daily site activities. The engineer ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and in line with approved drawings and quality standards. The position is full time and based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor progress, productivity and material requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site coordination problems.
• Prepare daily progress reports and keep accurate site records.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other UAE regulations.
• Assist with material inspections, method statements and technical submissions.
• Support project planning, cost control and timely completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Experience in building construction; high-rise or luxury residential projects are an advantage.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Primavera P6 is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications and site supervision.
