Class Teacher – KG & Cycle 1 (Early Years & Key Stage 1)

About the role

International Community Schools (ICS) Al Danah is seeking a motivated Class Teacher for KG and Cycle 1 (Early Years & Key Stage 1). The role involves delivering the British curriculum in a nurturing international environment and supporting the holistic development of children aged 3‑7.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the British curriculum for KG/Cycle 1.
• Assess, monitor, record and report on student learning and progress.
• Create a safe, stimulating classroom that promotes well‑being and academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education.
• PGCE or equivalent leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Valid teaching licence from your home country.
• Minimum 2‑3 years full‑time teaching experience in KG or Cycle 1 within a British curriculum school.
• Experience in an international school setting is an advantage.
