Client Account Manager

About the role

Hill International (Middle East) Limited is looking for a Client Account Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role acts as the main link between the client and the delivery team, managing strategic client accounts, driving revenue growth and delivering an exceptional client experience. It also involves leading large-scale residential programs and pursuing new business.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for assigned strategic clients and their stakeholders, developing long-term relationships with client executives and project sponsors
• Develop account plans supporting revenue growth, client retention and long-term partnership, and monitor client satisfaction
• Provide strategic oversight of large-scale residential programs, partnering with project directors and delivery teams on scope, budget, quality and performance
• Monitor project health, identify risks, resolve delivery challenges and act as executive sponsor for key projects
• Pursue new opportunities within existing and prospective clients, develop growth strategies and lead client presentations and strategic meetings
• Lead pursuit teams on proposals, presentations and commercial negotiations, and monitor competitors and market trends

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline
• 12+ years of experience in the Middle East market managing major client accounts and delivering complex projects
• Proven experience leading large-scale residential, mixed-use and master-planned community development programs, from planning and design through construction and handover

• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, contracts, procurement and commercial management
