Client Advisor, Personal Shopping & Sales (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

LuxuryForYou.com is a fast‑growing online luxury retailer based in Dubai. The role is a telesales‑first, relationship‑driven position focused on converting warm, abandoned‑cart leads into sales and nurturing those customers into repeat buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls each day to Arabic‑ and English‑speaking leads who have added luxury items to their cart but have not completed checkout.
• Build instant rapport, understand customer needs, answer questions, handle objections and close sales over the phone or via WhatsApp.
• Continue the conversation on WhatsApp after the call, sharing product details, images, pricing and alternatives until the customer is ready to purchase.
• Maintain post‑purchase relationships by learning client preferences and informing them of new drops, limited editions and items that match their taste.
• Log all interactions, calls and follow‑ups accurately in the CRM and WhatsApp system and meet daily, monthly and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) with a natural, warm tone when speaking with female clients.
• Proven telesales experience with a track record of converting leads and achieving sales targets.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging new customers.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
