About the role

The Client Manager will lead the development and execution of customer experience strategies for JD Logistics in Dubai. This role focuses on analysing client needs, resolving high‑frequency complaints and driving service improvements across the logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth analysis of customer requirements and market trends to design improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units to optimise processes, address pain points and enhance system efficiency.
• Lead a team by setting performance goals, monitoring results and delivering training programs.
• Foster cross‑departmental projects that drive innovation and support the company’s logistics expansion.
• Monitor industry developments and translate insights into actionable plans that boost client satisfaction and loyalty.
