Cluster Groups, Meeting & Event Executive

About the role

Hilton is seeking a proactive Cluster Groups, Meeting & Event Executive to drive sales, manage bookings and oversee the delivery of successful conferences and events. The role requires strong organisational abilities, excellent communication and the capacity to work under pressure in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to promote group, conference and event facilities.
• Oversee all bookings, negotiate contracts and ensure client requirements are met.
• Prepare budgets, track expenses and produce financial reports for events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including catering, audiovisual, transportation and venue staffing.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, addressing concerns promptly.
• Lead and schedule a team of event staff, providing training and task delegation.
• Conduct post‑event evaluations and recommend improvements.
• Handle administrative duties such as drafting contracts, invoicing and payment processing.
