Cluster Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Cluster Manager, Talent Acquisition – International leads end‑to‑end recruitment across EDGE's international offices and joint ventures, acting as a trusted talent advisor to senior business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment delivery and governance for multiple geographies, ensuring compliance with EDGE policies, SLAs and audit controls.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialist, critical and hard‑to‑fill positions using internal talent pools, LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping and agency partners.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent market intelligence, compensation positioning and competitor hiring activity.
• Coach and develop recruiters and recruitment partners, fostering a high‑performance, accountable culture.
• Support complex offer negotiations, including international relocation packages and executive compensation.

Required profile

• 8–12 years progressive talent acquisition experience, with 3–5 years leading recruitment teams in a multinational environment.
• Proven success recruiting senior‑level and specialist roles across multiple international markets, preferably in defence, aerospace or technology sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, influencing senior executives and business leaders.
