Cluster Sales Manager - Leisure

About the role

The Cluster Sales Manager – Leisure is responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities, ensuring proper turnover for service delivery, and building long‑term, value‑based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
• Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, write contracts, and manage customer correspondence.
• Identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, competitors, and target customers to maximize revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service, support company service standards, and gather guest feedback.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field with 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience.
• Ability to achieve personal sales goals and manage day‑to‑day sales activities.
