Collection Specialist (UAE Nationals only)

About the role
KONE is seeking a Collections Specialist to support its growth in the UAE, focusing on credit control, invoicing efficiency, and dispute resolution across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi offices.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer service on collection issues, process refunds, review account adjustments, and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor assigned accounts, handle calls, adjustments, write‑offs, reconciliations and credit memos.
- Reduce delinquency and support the Accounts Receivable department.
- Collaborate with sales and senior management to accelerate collections when needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance.
- Proven high‑volume corporate field collections experience.
- Knowledge of order‑to‑cash, billing and collections processes.
- Valid UAE driving licence and prior UAE work experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
