Commissioning ICT/SAS Engineer – EPC Projects

About the role

The Commissioning ICT/SAS Engineer is responsible for monitoring the quality of discipline‑related documentation on design solutions and all engineering activities within EPC projects for ICT disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary information for commissioning and start‑up is available from contractors.
• Maintain the completion system (PIMS) with data required for system definition, boundary mark‑up and commissioning procedures.
• Review FAT, SAT and vendor commissioning procedures and act as the commissioning system lead for ICT/SAS.
• Monitor contractor deliverables for compliance with regulatory, contractual and project requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, HAZID/HAZOP studies and work‑pack reviews, ensuring completeness and alignment with scope.
• Coordinate with AIP operations, regulatory compliance leads and other disciplines to resolve design gaps and ensure corrective actions.

Required profile

• Master’s level technical education in ICT with a minimum of 15 years commissioning experience in ICT/SAS.
• Experience on modification projects or FPSO redeployment is strongly desired.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills for multi‑discipline project teams.
• Recent experience in Middle East or South‑East Asian shipyards is an advantage.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
