Communications, Content & Social Media Executive

About the role

Qashio is a global fintech company, dual-headquartered in Dubai and Dublin, that helps businesses simplify corporate spending, payments and financial operations. It is looking for a creative, ambitious content specialist to help tell its story, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to build their social media presence, develop engaging content and strengthen Qashio's voice across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the CEO's LinkedIn presence, creating engaging, relevant and original content.
• Work with the leadership team to build their personal brands and share their perspectives.
• Write social media posts, articles, announcements and thought leadership content.
• Turn conversations, business updates and industry trends into shareable stories.
• Develop content calendars and manage the planning, creation and publishing of content.
• Create visual content using tools such as Canva and other creative platforms.
• Support wider company communications, campaigns and PR activities.
• Track content performance and identify ways to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and bring new ideas to the content strategy.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, communications or a related field.
• Exceptional writing skills, with a clear, creative and personable style.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and what makes professional content engaging.
• Natural storyteller who can make complex topics interesting.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable working directly with senior leaders.
• An interest in business, technology, fintech or entrepreneurship.

Required skills

• Excellent command of English and strong attention to detail.
• Creative eye and some experience with content creation tools such as Canva.
