About the role
Aldar Education is looking for an outstanding manager to lead community outreach and national identity initiatives across its schools. The role supports the group’s vision of delivering world‑class education while embedding UAE culture, values and citizenship in everyday school life.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a coherent community outreach and National Identity strategy aligned with Aldar priorities and ADEK requirements.
- Monitor each school’s action plans, provide coaching to principals and leads, and ensure alignment with school improvement priorities.
- Support schools in embedding the National Identity Mark domains—culture, values, citizenship, Arabic language, heritage and volunteering—through curriculum, assemblies, student leadership and the learning environment.
- Coordinate the Nabati poetry programme, guide School National Identity Committees, and manage ADEK readiness reviews and evidence audits.
- Map school communities, create engagement plans, strengthen Emirati parent involvement, and build partnerships with government, cultural and charitable organisations.
- Lead group‑wide campaigns and community programmes, track student participation, and evaluate impact using dashboards, surveys and case studies.
- Produce termly reports for senior stakeholders, ensure safeguarding compliance, and identify professional development needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Community Development, Social Sciences, Arabic Studies or a related field; teaching or leadership qualification desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a middle or senior managerial role within a school, education organisation or community‑engagement function, with demonstrable UAE experience.
- Proven ability to design, implement and evaluate multi‑stakeholder programmes and experience in school improvement or curriculum review.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE culture, heritage, values and the ADEK National Identity Mark.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English, including reviewing Arabic documentation.
- Excellent programme and project management skills with the ability to translate strategy into practical school‑level delivery.
- Analytical ability to assess evidence, distinguish activity from impact and present clear recommendations.
- Highly effective stakeholder management, facilitation and networking, underpinned by cultural sensitivity and diplomacy.
